PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE AND RELATED SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”). THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
The Services provide a time conversion tool (including converting HH:MM(:SS) to decimal hours, converting minutes to decimal hours, and converting decimal hours back to time) and related content such as blog articles and a contact page. The Services are intended for practical office use (e.g., timesheets, payroll preparation, billing, reporting) and general reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
You must be able to form a binding contract with us to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or personal use.

The Services provide calculations based on the values you enter and the rounding/formatting options you select. Outputs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them for payroll, billing, compliance, accounting, or any other operational decision. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or HR advice.
Certain features may store your last inputs and results on your device to improve usability (for example, restoring your most recent conversion when you return). This storage is performed locally in your browser (e.g., via localStorage) and is not intended to upload your conversion inputs to us.
If you use the “Share” feature, the Services may generate a URL that includes your input values and relevant settings in the URL parameters so another person can open the same state. Do not share links if you do not want others to see the values encoded in the URL.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALCULATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECT FOR EVERY PAYROLL SYSTEM OR USE CASE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page, with the revised effective date indicated above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
